npm trusted publishing does not support self-hosted runners, and Blacksmith counts as one. Since #55 the npm and PyPI release jobs ran on blacksmith-2vcpu-ubuntu-2404, so the next tag would likely fail to publish. Both publish jobs go back to ubuntu-latest (free on a public repo). The test job stays on Blacksmith.
