I pushed a small TypeScript 6 migration fix on top of the Dependabot bump:

• sets rootDir to ./lib for the TS6 compiler layout requirement
• sets ignoreDeprecations: "6.0" so the package can continue intentionally emitting ES5 until runtime/output policy changes

Local verification:

• npm ci
• npm run prepare
• npm test
• npm run test:cjs
• npm run tseslint
• npm run eslint
• npx prettier --check lib/*.ts test/*.js examples/**/*.js
• npm audit --omit=dev

The latest CI run is green across PR title, prettier, and Node 20/22/24 build jobs.
