Originally found this issue in a modpack, but this issue still happens when its just EMI and Hazardous in a modlist.
When both Hazardous and EMI are in a modlist, it causes EMI to vomit out a ton of ConcurrentModificationException errors into the console, ballooning the size of the log file. It also breaks the search function for a lot of items, causing them not to appear in the item search.
