Start with CLAUDE.md: it is the maintained handoff memory and reading order for contributors and coding agents. The principal references are docs/project-overview.md, docs/architecture.md, and docs/cms-admin.md. Design, animation, verification, CI/CD, mail, and collection-specific guides live in docs/.
Requires Node 22 and pnpm 11.3.0.

Run pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test, and pnpm format:check before opening a PR. All changes use the branch → PR → required checks → /merge workflow in CONTRIBUTING.md.
