Bug description and reproduction steps

1. in overworld throw down teleport rail and enderpearl to set location
2. go into another dimension and use create to attach blocks to a minecart
3. place the teleport rail and push the minecart with create blocks on it into it
4. the blocks added to the minecart with create will appear in both locations as shown in screenshots
