VA PTSD RNAseq

This repository contains analysis code for the PTSD RNA-seq project that included four brain regions: dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, dorsal anterior cingulate cortex, basolateral amygdala, and medial amygdala.

This work was performed by Brianna Barry, Andrew Jaffe, and colleagues at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development.
