Added/updated all files necessary for a new release.
There was an issue in the hibernate/liquibase config where older liquibase stored config files under different pathnames than current liquibase. Thus I did a search replace on install.sql to be in line with modern liquibase. And now the upgrade-1.6.0.sql is actually a correct upgrade script and not a massive new install copy.
