Adds the Code Snake dependency/secret/container scan workflow, matching the other Lyzr repos.
Runs on every pull request regardless of base branch. Reporting only (
fail_on_findings: false) so it never blocks a PR.Note: requires a
CS_READ_TOKENsecret available to this repo (fine-grained PAT with Contents:Read on the privateNeuralgoLyzr/code-snake). This repo is in the LYZR-OSS org, so a NeuralgoLyzr org secret will not reach it — the secret needs to exist here or at the LYZR-OSS org level, otherwise the scan job will fail to resolve the reusable workflow.
