kortex_description: give the maintainer entry a name

Description

kortex_description/package.xml has a maintainer entry with an email address but no name:

dpkg-source needs the form Name <email>. It reads <avannobel@kinova.ca> and stops, so the source package job fails on the ROS build farm:

Effect

No source package means no binary package. kortex_description has produced no binaries for Lyrical, and the packages that depend on it have none either:

Use the name from the author entry on the line above:

Deleting the entry would also work, because Marq Rasmussen is already a maintainer. I kept the entry and added the name, which seemed closer to the intent.

This is the only maintainer entry in the repository without a name. Every other package is correct.

Testing

catkin_pkg, which the build farm uses, now returns a usable value for both maintainers:

Before the change the first entry produced <avannobel@kinova.ca>, which is what dpkg-source rejects.
