Initial production release for the EigenTrust compute layer using the Eigentrust Basic API initially for Lens Protocol. This release includes the base functionality which its compute is requested by ts-lens. This is utilized at a Karma3 Labs demo, the Lens Profile Rankings site, at lens.k3l.io.
