Cross-compile Bullet3 and SoLoud for linux/riscv64. Rename libsoloud_nix.a to libsoloud_nix_amd64.a for naming consistency with the darwin variants. Add build-libs-cross.sh for reproducible cross-compilation of any target architecture. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

A start to riscv support. I tested with qemu, but I don't have any riscv hardware, so I don't really know how well they work. I also added a build script, courtesy of claude. See the corresponding pull request: KaijuEngine/kaiju#661
