…ntervals#8) powRev2 of [0.25, 0.5] and of [0.25, 1.0] with C = [2, inf] are both (-inf, -0.5]: x = 1 gives 1, outside C, and for x < 1, x^y >= 2 exactly when y <= ln 2 / ln x, greatest at x = 1/4, where it is -1/2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes #8.
This sets the expected results of two powRev2 tests in
src/itl/pow_rev.itl(lines 609 and 642) to[-infinity, -0.5], the tightest interval. Both sets are (−∞, −0.5]: x = 1 gives 1, outside [2, ∞), and for 0 < x < 1, x^y ≥ 2 exactly when y ≤ ln 2 / ln x, which is greatest at x = 1/4, where it is −1/2.Checked with ival's ITF1788 run (https://github.com/anun333/crnumerics): with this change all 7,451 of the bare tests it runs give tight results, and without it these two are the only failures.
