Working yet unfinished version.

• Removed the tree view which had too many problems and didn't bring that much goodies compaed to flat view
• Must be able to edit all commit information
• Should seperate local and remote branches
• Must be able to run blame, undo amend, delete a file in file view

• Some work to do on branches and rebasing.
• Tree view still has some bugs.

Yet many features to code but usable as is. The tree view is not the most efficient way to manage a repository so there will be an option to replace it with a list view soon.
