First public release of @jscv-solutions/node-crypto (strict semver). Scope: the 20 OpenSpec changes in DEVELOPMENT_PLAN section 6 (repository tooling through documentation site). Done when all changes are archived, openspec validate --all --strict is clean, known-answer vectors pass on ESM and CJS, defaults re-verified against OWASP, and the maintainer pushes the v1.0.0 tag.
