refactor(rename): sigil/conjure → cmuxup#1

Renamed command, env vars (CMUXUP_*), test descriptions, install paths, and repo from cmux-sigil to cmuxup throughout. Both previous names conflicted with existing tools (ImageMagick conjure, sigil epub editor). cmuxup is unique, cmux-prefixed, and unambiguous. 15/15 tests green after rename.
