Duplicated Imports in Proto File

Describe the bug

When adding multiple descriptors with the same import sometimes there can be a duplicated import directive e.g.

import "google/protobuf/timestamp.proto";
import "google/protobuf/timestamp.proto";

This can cause issues with older versions of protobuf
