Improvements:
- Added Why customer field to deal form
- Phone numbers in detail views are now 'tel:' links
- URLs, email addresses and Twitter handles are now automatically converted to clickable links
- Archived deals will no longer be shown in the deals to check widget
- Removed relative dates and replaced them with full dates
