Job1: 사용량 집계 및 연산 (Partitioning & Chunk) (설계 완료)

Step1: 대상자 선정 및 WeeklyReport row INSERT (Chunk)

• Reader
  • ReportTarget 테이블 순회하며 receive_day = 오늘 요일 인 sub_id 전부 추출
• Processor
  • WeeklyReport 생성 Dto로 변환
    • subId, weekStartDate, weekEndDate, createdDate, status = PENDING
    • (subId, weekStartDate) Unique Key 도입해서 Skip or Upsert
• Writer
  • WeeklyReport 에 Batch INSERT / UPSERT
