License: Vaara is AGPL-3.0-or-later, not Apache 2.0.
Description: the previous text described an earlier risk-scoring design. The current scope is policy-gated tool calls, hash-chained tamper-evident audit trails with external time anchoring, and independently verifiable execution receipts, mapped to EU AI Act Article 14 (human oversight) and Article 12 (record-keeping).
This is a single-line change that keeps the entry's format.
