Thanks for the contribution. The links work, but this PR currently adds two entries at once: a scan tool and a knowledge base. Please keep this to one resource/entry, or split the second resource into a separate PR if it is independently worth adding.

Before inclusion, could you also provide evidence of maturity or independent usefulness, such as usage/adoption signals, external references, author/editor credentials, examples of sourced EU AI Act coverage, or a track record of updates?

Please keep the final entry concise and neutral, without “free” as the main value proposition unless it is important for comparison.
