Add eu-ai-act-compliance-mcp (MEOK AI Labs)#33

Thanks for narrowing the earlier submission to one EU AI Act-specific resource and placing it in an existing section. That addresses the main structural problem from #7. Before inclusion, could you provide evidence of independent usage or usefulness, such as external users, installations/downloads, integrations, independent contributors, citations, or deployments outside MEOK AI? Registry and PyPI availability show distribution, but not necessarily adoption. The proposed entry also remains too promotional and detailed. Please remove references to the 290-server suite, Cloud Run deployment, registry placement, license, and implementation claims from the list line. Please also ensure claims such as covering “all 410 articles” and producing Annex IV evidence are accurately documented and tested. Suggested neutral wording: - [eu-ai-act-compliance-mcp](https://github.com/CSOAI-ORG/eu-ai-act-compliance-mcp) - MCP server for searching the EU AI Act, classifying risk, and checking selected compliance obligations.A concise entry plus credible evidence of independent usefulness is needed before merge. |

Final reminder: this PR is still waiting on the requested changes and/or evidence of maturity and independent usefulness. Please reply and update the PR within one more week. If there is no response by then, I’ll close it to keep the PR queue clean. You’re welcome to open a new PR later once the requested evidence and wording updates are ready. |
Adds the MEOK EU AI Act compliance MCP server under Open-Source Projects → EU AI Act Compliance Platforms (alongside the other MCP servers). Covers all 410 articles, risk classification, Article 50/GPAI checks, Annex IV evidence, signed attestations. MIT, on the official MCP Registry + PyPI, deployable as a hosted HTTP endpoint.
