This project, developed during the second semester as a group assignment, is a Library Management System implemented in Java. It provides two access levels (administrator and user) with features such as registering books, users and administrators, as well as borrowing and listing available books. The system persists data through text files in a CSV-like format (using semicolon-separated values), ensuring that records are maintained between executions.
