Summary

expand mapping.json from 21 tracked organizations to 35
add 14 active bounty orgs from issue 扩充赏金组织列表：当前 21 个组织中仅 2 个有活跃赏金 #18 with label coverage for native and Algora-style bounty labels
update README badges to reflect the broader tracking scope

Validation

validated mapping.json parses as UTF-8 JSON
verified organization count is 35 and all required new orgs are present
local Go scan/test was not runnable here because the workstation does not have go installed
