We might want to wait a bit on this. I'm not very happy with how different topologies are indexed. It's very confusing (==error prone). Would be good to sort out the interface before switching over. |

Ok, we can keep this as a draft for now. The above code doesn't really solve the missing compute_entity_permutations, it just makes the code get further. |
