This PR implements a bug fix when using
TwoLevelTreeas time structure . The problem was related to the checks for the stack replacement costs ofAbstractElectrolyzernodes when usingTwoLevelTreeand aStrategicProfilefor the parameterstack_replacement_cost.It is equivalent to the #92 of
EnergyModelsBaseand #93 ofEnergyModelsBase.
