Develop a rigorous method to quantify the accuracy and numerical properties of our FFT algorithms and perform the subsequent evaluations.
This merge request is only to illustrate the changes and will eventually be merged from another personal gitlab repository. At which point it will be automatically synced to the default branch here as well.
