Improvement: Make curved flag a template of vtk writer #2571

Suggestion by @Davknapp in #2536

One could template the whole vtk-writer by the curved_flag to speed it up even further. The curved flag is mostly used to decide on branching, which could be eliminated that way and we could use more constexpr.
