CLI / @calcit/procs 配对正式 0.30.1，固定已发布Reel0.6.41、Markdown0.4.59、UI0.8.0、Respo0.16.124、JS-FFI0.2.5，传递Router0.8.37。请重新安装完整图、生成JS并刷新；UI升级可能有样式差异，不承诺逐像素相同。

同时修复启动恢复顺序：存档现在先读取/解析/解码/hydrate，再首次渲染和安装watch、beforeunload、60秒保存。可解析但不符合Store的存档会明确阻止启动、保留原值，而非继续默认页面后覆盖旧档；不自动清空/修复/迁移用户数据。原失败原因仍由decoder输出。见#45，当前是源码确认的覆盖风险，不声称已发生真实用户数据丢失。

首页Markdown、书签、公开Store/Map合同、存档key和原前端COS/CDN/rsync路径不变。这里是文档前端，本PR不合并、部署生产、重启后端或发布tag/npm。

具体修改

• 正式工具链/模块图，保留最新main Vite8.2.4和其他npm、安全设置、现有Action正式tag与原门禁。
• main! 仅两项语义修改：移动原storage-get/parse/decode/hydrate块；把decode none的Unit分支改成raise。decoder、persist-storage!、原2项测试/断言均不改动，无新validator、脚本、测试套件、concurrently、预算、强转或编译器proof/fix规则。
• README先说明无效存档的新失败行为及完整图，不把旧alpha验收当作正式证明。
• 实际页面发现旧入门混用 Shadow CLJS 与 calcit-editor。核对上游 package.json 后保留有效的历史 yarn watch，移除不属于该模板的 editor 命令，标明归档的 cumulo-workflow.calcit，并链接维护中的 calcium-workflow README；不宣称模板已完成正式迁移。

验证与边界

• 基于最新main f31a8e0dbfd9a51bb28ce11d481e651e130de979 新分支，原工作树/分支保留。
• Snapshot只通过官方视图和原子事务修改：旧blob 7c112054caa88cb2d3c6c498729b516a942785af → 40dddcf9c0f67678f5551f639e8659e4b3e45356。官方program-diff仅列main! executable-expression语义变化，无schema/import/config/测试修改；未原文读取/编辑Snapshot。
• 完整读取当前alpha.5内嵌指南及事务文档；本地旧模块链接失效，因此在忽略目录下载精确旧tag、配对CLI/procs alpha.5，仅在该匹配私有图做官方编辑。展示真实subtree、dry-run和scoped revision后原子提交，复查顺序，再整文件复制官方产物回候选；不是用alpha编译正式图。
• 匹配私有图303定义/完整strict diagnostics=[]/原2项定义测试/JS生成通过。本地正式runtime immutable、普通差异检查通过。无本地Caps、编译器安装/修改/构建或依赖缓存源码篡改。
• 最新 c13a9fd 的正式 Linux CI 已通过：303 定义、完整 strict、原 2 项测试、构建及 COS 内置 3 文件校验；生产 rsync 跳过。使用该 run 原样 HTML/CDN 资源在独立 localhost:14794 实际加载、刷新，最新模板/历史说明显示正确，warn/error 为空；截图已保存。未注入合成存档，不将正常启动证明当作失败恢复证明。
• 隔离合成坏存档的真实浏览器回归已单独请求授权，未收到答复前不预置或读取该来源存档，不复用其他项目的授权。issue45保持开放，不把类型检查成功当作失败路径验收完成。
