docs(v04): align spec with shipped runed/vault/envector SDKs - #97

- embedder: placeholder → 실값 (runed.v1 / RunedService / github.com/CryptoLabInc/runed / ~/.runed/embedding.sock). runed/client 라이브러리 hybrid 활용 옵션 명시 - vault: RuneVaultService → VaultService (실제 proto의 service 이름). proto stub은 rune-admin/vault/pkg/vaultpb 그대로 import - envector: "조건 완화 PR" 통째 압축 (SDK가 WithKeyParts로 정식 지원). 코드 샘플 EvalMode·Preset 미지정으로 SDK zero value 추적 (서버 RMP deprecation 대비). typed errors 8개 정확히 정정. libevi 5 OS/arch 모두 vendored - README/decisions: 용어집 "runed=폐기" → "embedder 정식 이름으로 부활".
