Integrates GEMMA Gegevenscatalogus (Dutch standard data model with ~600 object types) as a first-class managed component in opencatalogi. Includes: - Proposal: Integration of GEMMA with compliance tracking and mapping - Design: Data model (5 new schemas + extensions), seed data, user journeys, integration points - Spec: 10 detailed requirements (import, browse, mapping, versioning, compliance, validation, export, suggestions, audit) - Tasks: 15 implementation tracks covering schemas, import pipeline, UI, APIs, audit, caching, integrations, testing, deployment Enables municipalities to: - Import GEMMA releases (SKOS/RDF) - Map local schemas to standard object types - Track GEMMA compliance per Register - Migrate mappings between GEMMA versions - Audit all mapping changes - Export subsets as JSON-LD Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
