Add Concordium Badge reference page

Contract addresses and the worked example verified against mainnet (CIS-8004 <10082,0>, CIS-8 <10081,0>, badge Mf22soLh1NuZYFgBK8iSs -> token 484).

Purpose

Adds a new Reference page documenting the Concordium Badge — the compact, verifiable identifier (the agent's CIS-8004 NFT token address) showing an agent has a live on-chain identity in the Agent Registry. Covers badge string formats (Base58Check + CAIP-19), the trustless five-step resolution/verification procedure, embedding guidance (Agent Card concordium block, profile snippet), the visual-mark policy, a worked mainnet example, and tooling.

Based on the internal spec "Concordium Badge — Format & Resolution v0.1 (2026-07-06)".

Changes

• New page: source/mainnet/technical-reference/agent-registry/concordium-badge.rst
• agent-registry/index.rst: grid entry (Data formats) + toctree entry
• technical-reference/index.rst: document map entry + Agent Registry toctree entry
• public/llms.txt: new entry after Agent Card

No redirects needed (new page, nothing moved).

Notes for reviewers:

• Placed as a sibling of Agent Card under Data formats since it's a format + resolution convention, not a new standard. If preferred under Standards, it's a two-line move.
• The worked example's owner account and registration date come from the spec — worth re-checking against the live agent before merge if the card has been re-anchored since.
