Writes out a course in the required folder structure

• handles embedded images
• creates one folder for the course
• creates subfolders for each lecture containing an assets subfolder and one markdown file per lecture block
• replaces markdown image references with references to downloaded images places in assets folder

To do:

• Only download latest version/published blocks
• Only download latest version/published lectures
• Maintain ordering of lectures and blocks
