This repository contains scripts supporting the study of TCR-T cells targeting Merkel cell carcinoma. The study investigates tumor trafficking and response states, and informs strategies to improve effective tumor control.
Analyses include quality control (QC), batch correction, data integration, and clustering of scRNA-seq, scTCR-seq, and Xenium spatial data.
