Summary

Adds a "Managing API keys" section to the REST API page covering key creation, expiration, rotation, and deletion.

Changes

  • Documents that the key secret is returned once at creation, via the dashboard or the Create API Key endpoint
  • States expiration behavior (YYYY-MM-DD, never expires if omitted) and that rotation is manual (create new key, then delete old)
  • Explains deletion semantics: permanent, denied within seconds, owner-only, service account keys removed via the service account

Context

Assistant conversations repeatedly asked whether Cerebrium generates and rotates API keys. The answer existed only in the OpenAPI-generated API reference; this adds it to the prose docs. Facts verified against the OpenAPI spec. Other buckets (region availability) were already covered by existing pages, so no changes there.
