Release 0.7.1, made with just release-prep 0.7.1. The [0.7.1] section of CHANGELOG.md is the release notes.

• The version files, uv.lock, and the dates in CITATION.cff and codemeta.json move to 0.7.1.
• I tidied the section: one queue entry had been garbled by two PRs editing it, the crash-recovery fix from fix(delivery): skip malformed queue entries and remove orphan images #102 had no line, and I added PR links.

Before publishing, test the image on a Pi (#103 changes the base image and Python): R9CAM_IMAGE=r9cam docker compose build && docker compose up -d, then a capture and the preview. After merging: just release-publish 0.7.1, publish the draft, and check gh attestation verify oci://ghcr.io/cmlplatform/r9cam@<digest> --repo CMLPlatform/r9cam passes, since 0.7.0's image had no attestations.

Tests: CI on this PR. The wheel built from this branch installs with r9cam-models 0.6.1 from PyPI and imports the capture adapters.
