This commit rebuilds the PR on current upstream 3867224. It preserves the new brand-number automation, removes 8 confirmed dead resources, and updates TweetClaw with its current install, setup, approval, monetization, and disclosure details.

GitHub now reports the PR as mergeable. The Brand numbers workflow requires maintainer approval for this fork contribution, so GitHub created an action_required run with 0 jobs. Its exact offline command, node scripts/sync-brand-numbers.mjs --check, passes locally. The script syntax check and git diff --check also pass.
