Uploads the design system source materials (components, templates, UI kits, guidelines, redesigns, and assets) for BearddOddity.github.io.
Static links were pinned to v0.5.0 while the repo was already at v0.5.8. Adds data-asset markers and a client-side fetch against the GitHub Releases API as progressive enhancement, plus a Flatpak download option that CI already publishes but the page didn't link. A companion workflow in StatusForge.io keeps the static fallback itself in sync on every release.
