The central
MustUseV2allowlist still lists shared libraries as if they were standalone TypeSpec projects. TSV discovers projects fromtspconfig.*, so these paths are never evaluated by the folder-structure rule.Remove the four Discovery shared-library paths and
PlaywrightTesting.Sharedfromspecification/suppressions.yaml, keeping exemptions for actual v1 projects. The matching exemptions remain unchanged for all 611 currently discovered projects.Only the top-level suppression file changes. SDK configuration,
ExtraSwagger,TypeSpecRequirement, and unrecognized tool-name exemptions are untouched.
