Close share migration after fork deadline

Summary

• close ShareToken migration once the fork migration window ends
• add deadline regression coverage for share migration and keep the existing fork-migration scenario within the allowed window
• merge origin/main, fix the merged oracle coordinator Address typing regressions, and refresh the mainnet deployment manifest
