Noticed that none of the training scripts in train-benchmark-deepspeed-arm.md use DeepSpeed (was also flagged by Codex). My reading of the LP is that we install DeepSpeed in the virtual environment and then use the environment to train. There's a note in install-deepspeed-arm.md that says (roughly) 'don't use deepspeed directly, instead run the script normally with python', but it doesn't explain to me why the training scripts don't use DeepSpeed and use only PyTorch. We even say "create a working directory for your DeepSpeed training scripts" in install-deepspeed-arm.md.

Having never worked with DeepSpeed or PyTorch, I could be missing something very obvious
