Re-reviewed after commit update (bccdee9 → 3279b5c). Diff is identical to my previous review — go.mod/go.sum only, same AWS SDK bump (ec2 1.287.0→1.299.0 + transitive deps). No source code changes, no protocol impact.
Previous approval still stands. ✅
