Ability to select which entities to run the tool against

• customer wants to avoid pulling metrics for certain entities (e.g. servers or dashboards) usually due to server (saas or on-prem) being underresrouced which might result in config tool timing out. Ideally all controllers are optimized to handle API calls coming from CAT so this ability would only be used as troubleshooting.
