Small edit in the CPPTRAJ manual

Sorry, I know this isn't well-documented but can you please also update the md5 checksum for cpptraj.lyx in the file doc/cpptraj.lyx? There is a script (that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't) in that directory called GeneratePDFs.sh and it uses those checksums to determine what Lyx files have changed and therefore what PDFs need rebuilding.

Something bizarre is happening with the Jenkins and Appveyor builds. The changes here are to documentation only and so shouldn't be causing errors. The GitHub actions all passed so I think the merge request itself is fine. I'm going to investigate a little more, but will probably eventually just merge this.

Sorry for the delay - appveyor is misbehaving and I couldn't get it to work. If the main tests pass I'll just merge this in.
