docs: remove W3C copyright notice from rendered spec - #136

Conversation
ReSpec's W3C profile adds a default World Wide Web Consortium copyright notice to the document header. The AI Catalog specification is not a W3C document, so that notice is wrong. ReSpec keeps an author-supplied .copyright element instead of generating the default, so emit an empty one. Summary
The rendered spec at https://ai-catalog.io/spec/ shows
Copyright © 2026 World Wide Web Consortium. W3C® liability, trademark and permissive document license rules apply. The AI Catalog is not a W3C document, so that claim is wrong.ReSpec's W3C profile generates the notice in the browser, which is why it appears nowhere in this repo. The profile keeps an author-supplied
.copyrightelement instead of generating its default, sotools/build_spec.pynow emits an empty one. This removes the notice and adds no replacement copyright or licence text. The spec text and interoperability expectations are unchanged.overrideCopyrightis not used because the currentrespec-w3cbundle has no such option.Verification
copyright,W3CandReSpec, and for open PRs touchingtools/build_spec.py: no overlapping work. Before (https://ai-catalog.io/spec/): the header shows the W3C copyright line between the details block and the rule.
After (PR preview head revision): the details block is followed directly by the rule, with no empty gap, and the Abstract moves up accordingly. The date reads differently only because it comes from the build's timestamp.
The diff panel on the preview page shows
Unable to compute the rendered diff, and PR #131's preview shows the same error. It also says there are no rendered differences, because its text comparison does not see the generated notice.
