This repo currently has no security policy and no private vulnerability reporting enabled, so there's no documented path for researchers to report issues privately. This adds a SECURITY.md covering scope, reporting steps, and what to expect after a report. Recommend also enabling private vulnerability reporting (Settings → Security → Private vulnerability reporting) so future reports don't have to go through a public PR like this one.
