added php types rewritten xml config to PHP one as xml is not supported anymore

Hi @gregurco I've updated workflow to have only supported LTS versions and also reworked xml config to PHP as XML is not supported in SF8.0 anymore so tests should pass now. Sorry that I didn't check it first time. |
