The lifecycle row says when the Guardian computed its aggregate, since the Accounts card above it reads a live total and the two drift for minutes at a time. Recovering transactions take Frozen's tone on the Overview and in the Activity table: both wait on an operator. The status card's figure reads "139 ms ping" and the chart is captioned with what it plots. The asset figure no longer takes a 7-day window, so every Overview figure reads all time and none has to say so. The field is `usd`; the card and the stat strip drop their window labels. The "as of" line under the lifecycle row sits right-aligned, smaller, minutes only.
