Should the derive feature really be enabled by default? #434

Not sure about the answer to this one myself, and it would be another thing to add to the queue of "breaking changes", but even things like serde don't include the derive dependencies by default.
Maybe in line with #433's concern about compile times, this would be a better default? Especially because I think people are more likely to use miette without derive than serde without derive, maybe?
Anyways, for now the default means default-features = false is needed to prevent the heavy syn deps from coming in!
Overall, not sure what I think here, so just looking for opinions :)
