Test suite

Use https://github.com/socketio/socket.io-protocol for testing.

Known issues:

• Golang parses the {} string as nil, causing the "should allow connection to the main namespace" and "should allow connection to a custom namespace" tests to fail.

For reference, here is expected configuration for the Golang server to pass all tests:
