Cursor moved far right of window does not grab scrollbar when window is maximised #844
Description
When I move my cursor all the way to the right of a maximised Zen browser window I can't grab the scrollbar unless I move it left a few pixels, it makes grabbing the scrollbar annoying as I have to be precise and make two mouse movements.
Expected behaviour:
When Zen window is maximised and my cursor is to the far right of the window then the vertical scrollbar should be grabbed when I click.
